One2One relation – One Customer- One Key Account – each customer contacts their individual Key Account Manager who consolidates all the order-related information, current jobs and delivery terms and timings. Key Accounts have wide printing knowledge and can counsel you.
Confidentiality – confidentiality and treating information as classified is essential in our operations. We guarantee and put focus on customers’ property – all customer-related data and safe data processing and filing.
Training sessions – Thematic technological training sessions are the flagship of our company. We organise training sessions in-house as well as in our customers’ premises. We offer you an insight into e.g.: printing process.
